Sip & Scream is a new $29.99 add-on: priority access to one haunted house of your choice, plus a 20 oz cocktail in a light-up souvenir cup. The choice includes I Know What You Did Last Summer: The Final Catch, the licensed headliner that Front Line Fear at $69.99 and Front Line Fear EXTREME at $89.99 both explicitly leave out. SeaWorld's own comparison table does not list the new product at all.

An amber message board on the roadway outside Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa reads NEW ENTRANCE 9-10-26, and that is the entire announcement. Disney has published nothing about what changes for drivers next Thursday, and did not answer Blog Mickey's request for more information. A permit approved last November calls for extending the resort's main entrance roughly 200 feet to meet a new roundabout.

Legoland Florida Quietly Pushed Its Annual Pass Deal to October 7 This Afternoon, and the Terms on the Same Page Still Say September 30

The banner at the top of the annual pass page now reads October 7th. Scroll down to the terms and conditions on that same page and the offer is still valid only for purchases made August 31 through September 30. The Peppa Pig annual pass page, which sells the same deal, has not been touched since the promotion launched on August 31. Legoland edited two pages at around 4:50 and 5:02 this afternoon and updated the headline on both while leaving the fine print behind.

Disney Fired Large Shells Overnight From Hollywood Studios' Long Dormant World Drive Launch Site, and Has Not Said Why

The pad across World Drive was carved out of the woods and debuted with Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular in 2016, then went largely unused. Late Tuesday night it went back to work, launching big shells spaced out across the night rather than run as a show. Disney did not respond to Blog Mickey's request for more information, which leaves three leading theories: an October 20 corporate buyout, bigger fireworks returning to Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!, or early groundwork for the signature fireworks show the park still lacks.

Universal's Passholder Discount Store Moves Into the Fast & Furious: Supercharged Exit Shop on Thursday

The deeply discounted store that only Universal Orlando Annual Passholders and Team Members can shop is leaving its cramped Brown Derby home on September 3 for the old Custom Gear shop in San Francisco, which happens to sit at the exit of a ride that closed on August 17. It is the first confirmed new use for any part of the Fast & Furious: Supercharged building, and the message announcing it signed off with a JAWS joke.

Walt Disney World handed merchandise shipping to a third party, Ricoh, on September 1, and the price no longer tracks what your souvenirs are worth. You pick one of four colored bags instead, from $19.97 to $49.97, and the old $99.99 ceiling on anything above $500 is gone. Insurance beyond the first $100 is now a separate charge, and the new sheet does not promise a delivery window at all.

SeaWorld announced SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep in September 2025, and its own December blog post called it a 2026 attraction. As of September 1, the ride's own page carries no opening date and no opening year, while still pitching a 2026 Annual Pass as the way to ride it first. SeaWorld has not announced a date, and Attractions Magazine, which as of August 11 still called it a hoped-for late 2026 opening, has put the timeline question to the park.

Citron was pulled from Kings Bay in January with air trapped in her chest cavity from a damaged lung, a condition that can interfere with a manatee's buoyancy and keep her from staying submerged. Laughing Place cites a SeaWorld animal care specialist saying this was not her first rescue, and reports an earlier rescue in 2025.

Fast & Furious: Supercharged closed for good on August 17. On August 28, WDW News Today reported that the display cars were already gone from its queue, leaving empty floor space and, in one spot, marks on the floor where a car sat. The queue is not sitting idle either: on Halloween Horror Nights 35 event nights it is serving as the line for the Cybergoria haunted house.

On SeaWorld's ticket page today the one park product is $99.99 and the two park pass is $104.99, so the inversion has reversed. Separately, a partner page that the event page never links to sells a single night ticket for $42.99, but not on the event's opening weekend.

The Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up Opens October 4, and Its Full Menu Has Six Small Plates and No Entrees

Disney published the full menu for The Diamond Horseshoe pop-up at Magic Kingdom and set the opening for Sunday, October 4, with reservations from September 29. The menu runs six small plates, four non alcoholic drinks, six cocktails, three wines and three draft beers, with no entrees, no desserts and no prices. Disney also said the pop-up will not be available during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and October 4 is one of 14 party nights in its first 28 days.
