Legoland's $8 Shuttle Page No Longer Lists a Disney Springs Pickup, and ICON Park Is Now the Only Orlando Stop
The $8 bus from Disney Springs to Legoland Florida, the one we called a travel trick hiding in plain sight back in July, has disappeared from Legoland's own ticket page.
Legoland Florida updated the page for the LEGOLAND Express shuttle on Tuesday afternoon, October 13. The ticket card that used to promise "Round-trip transportation from ICON Park or Disney Springs to LEGOLAND Florida Resort" now reads "Round-trip transportation from ICON Park to LEGOLAND Florida Resort."

What changed on the page
We compared Tuesday's live page with a copy saved on September 24 and with an archived copy from June. Three things are gone:
- Disney Springs from the ticket card's description, which now names ICON Park alone.
- The FAQ "Where is the LEGOLAND Express shuttle stop at Disney Springs?", which gave the address as 1478 E Buena Vista Dr.
- The FAQ "What time is pick up from Disney Springs?", which gave a 9:00 a.m. pickup.
Apart from the site's rotating hotel and annual pass banners and the booking calendar, nothing else on the page changed. The ICON Park details are unchanged: pickup at 8401 International Dr at 8:30 a.m., the return trip leaves 30 minutes after the park closes, and the fare is still listed as "Only $8 Per Person," with children 2 and under riding free. Admission is not included, and the page says the shuttle runs only on select dates.
Legoland's sitemap dates the edit to 3:49 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday. The sitemap's previous date for the page, still showing Tuesday morning, was September 2.
Has the Disney Springs stop actually ended?
That is the part Legoland has not said. There has been no announcement from Legoland or from Mears, the company Attractions Magazine reported runs the service, and a web page edit is not the same thing as a cancelled route. It could be a permanent cut, a pause for the rest of the season, or a change to how the stop is sold.
Legoland's own website is not consistent about it yet, either. The ticket card embedded in its blog guide to the shuttle already shows the new ICON Park-only wording, but the guide itself still carries the headline "LEGOLAND Express Shuttle from ICON Park & Disney Springs to LEGOLAND Florida Resort," describes both pickup points and says that having both "significantly improves accessibility for visitors staying across Orlando." That guide also lists the 2026 shuttle season as select Thursday to Sunday dates running through October 31, so the service was only ever planned to run for under three more weeks this year.

If you were planning to ride from Disney Springs
When Attractions Magazine wrote about the shuttle in July, a Legoland spokesperson confirmed the shuttle's start date as May 21, 2026, and said Disney Springs had been a pickup from day one. If you are staying near Walt Disney World and had this in your plans, check the ticket page before you count on a Disney Springs seat. As of Tuesday evening, ICON Park on International Drive is the only pickup the page offers, and tickets are valid only for the date and location chosen at purchase.
The obvious question is whether many people were riding from Disney Springs at all. If you took the LEGOLAND Express this year, tell us which stop you used.
