SeaWorld Drops Its October 17 and 24 Blockouts for Bronze Pass and Fun Card Holders, Opening Both Saturdays

Two Saturdays just opened up for SeaWorld Orlando's entry-level pass holders.

SeaWorld's Bronze Pass & Fun Card Blockout Dates page now lists only four 2026 dates at SeaWorld: December 22, 24, 25 and 26. When we saved SeaWorld's limited-time offers and Fun Card pages in mid-September, the 2026 SeaWorld blockouts printed in the Fun Card and Bronze Pass terms also included Saturday, October 17 and Saturday, October 24. Both October dates are now gone from those pages.

What changed, and where

The blockout page: SeaWorld describes its dedicated page as "the full list of blockout dates that apply to Bronze Annual Passes and Fun Card at SeaWorld, Aquatica, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island." Its 2026 SeaWorld line now reads December 22, 24, 25, 26, with no October dates.

The offer pages: SeaWorld's limited-time offers page carries the same change in two places. The 2027 Fun Card terms now give 2026 SeaWorld blockouts of 12/22, 12/24, 12/25 and 12/26, where our September 14 and 16 copies of that page read 10/17, 10/24, 12/22, 12/24, 12/25, 12/26. The Bronze Pass terms on the same page dropped "Oct. 17, 24" the same way, and SeaWorld's separate Fun Card page, which listed 10/17 and 10/24 in our September 14 copy, now shows only the four December dates.

When: We found no announcement from SeaWorld. Its own sitemap shows the blockout page and the limited-time offers page were both last updated on Monday, October 12, which is the best guide we have to when the dates came off. The Aquatica and Busch Gardens blockout pages, which repeat the same SeaWorld list, were updated within a minute of SeaWorld's blockout page that afternoon. SeaWorld's Fun Card page carries an older September 17 date in the sitemap, so we cannot pin down exactly when its copy changed.

One page has not caught up: the admission fine print on SeaWorld's Pass Member Benefits page still lists October 17 and 24 among the 2026 SeaWorld blockouts. Every other SeaWorld page we checked shows the shorter list, but if you are counting on one of those Saturdays, it is worth confirming with SeaWorld before you go.

When we covered the 2027 Fun Card in August (our earlier story), those two October Saturdays were on the list of 2026 dates to plan around. They are not anymore.

Who this helps

Bronze Pass Members at SeaWorld, and anyone holding a Fun Card, which is the product SeaWorld sells as unlimited visits through 2027 with the rest of 2026 included. Silver Pass and above already had no blockout dates.

There is a nice overlap for Bronze members this week. SeaWorld's two free bonus guest tickets for Pass Members (our story this week) can be used any operating day through Sunday, October 18, and Saturday, October 17 now sits inside that window with no blockout. Fun Card holders got a smaller version of the same offer, one free guest ticket good through the same Sunday.

The fine print still applies

• Special events excluded: the Fun Card terms say it "does not include admission to select special events (including Howl-O-Scream® at SeaWorld Orlando)." Howl-O-Scream nights are still a separate ticket.
• December is still blocked: December 22, 24, 25 and 26 remain on the 2026 list at SeaWorld.
• 2027 is unchanged: the 2027 SeaWorld list still blocks October 16 and October 23, 2027, along with its other dates, so this does not look like a permanent end to October Saturday blockouts.
• Other parks: the 2026 Aquatica line shows only July 11, a date that has already passed, and Busch Gardens still lists November 21 and December 24, 26 and 27.

SeaWorld has not said why the two Saturdays came off the list. If you hold a Bronze Pass or Fun Card, will you grab one of those Saturdays, or save your visits for a quieter weekday?
