Universal Orlando has a new deal aimed squarely at locals, and it is a generous one. Florida residents can now buy a 2-Park Unlimited Days ticket that lets them visit Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure as often as they like through mid-December, all for $199 plus tax.

The details

The new ticket is valid from July 9 through December 16, 2026, and rather than a set number of days, it offers unlimited visits to the two original Universal Orlando parks during that window. That makes it one of the better value plays for locals who like to pop in for a few hours at a time across the summer and fall.

The quick facts: 2-Park Unlimited Days Florida Resident ticket. Unlimited visits to Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure from July 9 through December 16, 2026. $199 per person, plus tax. Florida residency required. Does not include Epic Universe or Volcano Bay.

What is and is not included

The ticket covers Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure only. It does not include Epic Universe, the resort's newest park, or the Volcano Bay water park. On the plus side, it carries all the way through the start of the holiday season, so pass-style access covers seasonal entertainment offered with regular admission, including the resort's Christmas celebration that kicks off November 14 with Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Universal is also pairing the ticket with a lodging perk for locals: up to 25 percent off rooms at participating Universal Orlando hotels during the promotional window.

Why it matters

For Florida residents, this is an easy pitch. A single $199 ticket that turns into unlimited summer-and-fall visits to two parks is aggressive value, and the timing lines up with a Central Florida ticket landscape where locals weigh Universal against Disney annual passes every year. If you live in Florida and expect to visit Universal more than twice before the holidays, the math gets appealing fast.

The bottom line

Read the fine print for the residency requirement and confirm any date details on Universal's official ticket page, but for locals who want maximum park time before the year ends, this is one of the more aggressive Florida resident ticket offers Universal has run in a while.
