Visited Legoland Florida Between October 4 and 11? Tickets From Five of Those Eight Days Are Now Good for One More Visit

If you spent a day at Legoland Florida between October 4 and October 11, check your ticket before you throw it away. It may be worth another visit.

Legoland's Guest Experience Promise page now lists five October dates: Sunday, October 4; Wednesday, October 7; Thursday, October 8; Saturday, October 10; and Sunday, October 11. That is five of the eight days from October 4 to October 11.

What the promise is

Legoland says that when "a portion of our rides and attractions are closed for an extended period due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances," resort management will activate the Guest Experience Promise. On those days, guests can bring the same ticket back for one more visit, any time in the following calendar year.

Legoland does not say why any individual date made the list. It only publishes the dates.

Three of the five were Brick or Treat days

October 4, 10 and 11 are all on the Brick or Treat date list, Legoland's Halloween event that is included with park admission and runs on select dates through November 1. October 10 was also a Monster Skytacular drone show night, according to the event page.

October 7 and 8, a Wednesday and Thursday, were regular operating days without the Halloween event.

September caught up too

When we last reported on this list (our September 8 story), September 4, 5 and 7 had just been added, including September 5, Brick or Treat's opening night. Since then, Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13 have joined them. September 6 is still not on the list.

Altogether the page now shows 66 Guest Experience Promise dates in 2026, 42 of them between June and August. We covered the August run in late August.

How to claim your extra visit

  • Keep the ticket: bring the ticket you scanned on your original visit, plus your ID, and go to the outside Guest Services window. Legoland will verify it and give you a pass for that day.
  • Who qualifies: it "does not apply to Annual Passholders or Summer Play Pass," the page says.
  • The 72-hour window: if you return within 72 hours of a Guest Experience Promise day, there are no blockout restrictions. After that, blockout dates apply. That window has closed for October 4 through 10 and runs out around today for October 11, so for most of these dates, check the blockout calendar before you pick a day.
  • Parking is extra: it is not included, so you will need to buy a parking pass on the day you return.
  • No refunds: the promise is a return visit, not money back.

One more thing: Legoland asks guests to "allow 48 hours for Guest Experience Promise dates to be added to the list." If your visit was on Monday, October 12 or Tuesday, October 13, it may be worth checking the page again later this week.

Coast Guard Academy now has one end date

Legoland's Temporary Closures page now lists Coast Guard Academy only once, ending the double listing we first reported on October 5 (our October 5 story). By our October 12 check, its two lines ended October 16 and October 30 (our October 12 story). Now the ride appears once, closed from October 5 to October 16, and the October 30 line is gone. Merlin's Challenge is still listed as closed through October 30, the extension we also reported on October 12.

Were you in the park on one of those October days? Will you be cashing in your return visit?
