Disney's 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival merchandise reveal runs through the expected things, a white pocket tee, a sweatshirt, a baseball cap, and then slips in one line about a churro that "magically transforms into a tote bag." The photo Disney published shows how the trick works: the bag packs away into a churro shaped pouch that rides on its own straps. No price yet.

That churro was one small piece of a much bigger drop. Disney published its full 2026 festival details post on Wednesday, August 5, and two outlets followed the same day with the operational specifics Disney left out. Here is what is genuinely new.

The merchandise line, and three pieces Disney mentioned in passing

Disney lists blue, orange, yellow and purple among the collection's colors. Four pieces got names and descriptions:

  • EPCOT International Food & Wine Tee. A white shirt with the festival logo on the front pocket.
  • EPCOT International Food & Wine Ears. Topped with a small chef hat, printed with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse artwork. Disney says the ears also carry a moveable rolling pin and a mini whisk.
  • Food & Wine Sweatshirt. Pitched as a layer for a chilly festival day.
  • EPCOT International Food & Wine Baseball Cap.

Three more pieces get named in a single closing sentence rather than a proper write up, although Disney does photograph all of them: the churro that becomes a tote bag, a wine glass sized to sit in the Food and Wine tray, and a blue mug capped with a lid modeled on a berry topped pastry. Blog Mickey and WDW News Today both published their own first looks at the line the same day.

A new Magic Shot puts Mickey in an apron

The only Magic Shot Disney labeled new for 2026 is Waiter Mickey Mouse, and Disney is placing him in five World Showcase pavilions: Mexico, China, Italy, Japan and France. In the sample frames Disney released, Mickey turns up in a waiter's apron carrying a serving tray, and the dish on it changes from pavilion to pavilion.

Four Magic Shots return alongside him: Giant Empanada, the Leaning Tower of Cheeza with Max Goof, the Swedish Chef Magic Shot, and Chef Figment.

Both scavenger hunts finally have dates and a price

This is the part worth writing down. Both hunts cost $11.99 plus tax, so doing both comes to $23.98 before tax, on top of admission.

Remy's Ratatouille Hide & Squeak runs the entire festival, August 27 through November 21. You buy a map and sticker set, track down Remy statuettes holding ingredients around World Showcase, and place the matching ingredient sticker over each spot where you found him. Three shops carry the maps, World Traveler at International Gateway, Disney Traders and Creations Shop, and select festival merchandise stands sell them too. Maps get turned in at a designated redemption location for a keepsake. Disney has not revealed what the 2026 prizes are.

Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit is the short one: September 25 through November 2, while supplies last, at the same $11.99 plus tax. Same idea, except you are hunting decorative pumpkins themed to Disney characters instead of a rat. Boards go on sale at Gateway Gifts, Creations Shop, Disney Traders and World Traveler at International Gateway, plus the festival merchandise kiosks.

The difference that matters: Disney says a special keepsake awaits guests who manage to spot Remy in every single location. Pluto's hunt is more forgiving. Blog Mickey reports that a partially completed board still redeems for a prize, that each board earns exactly one keepsake, and that guests can buy up to five boards each. Pluto's redemption window closes November 2.

The calendar gap is worth planning around. The festival runs 87 days. The pumpkin hunt covers 39 of them, and none of August or the first 24 days of September. Blog Mickey also notes that Pluto's hunt typically stays inside World Discovery, World Nature and World Celebration with a short stretch of World Showcase, while Remy's hunt is a World Showcase affair.

What else Disney confirmed

Disney named the first three Global Marketplace items coming back for 2026:

  • Street Corn-style Dumplings at Gyozas of the Galaxy: chicken dumplings served with street corn salad, tomatillo salsa verde, cilantro, cotija and lime crema.
  • Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer at Australia, with sweet-and-sour vegetables and a coconut-chilie sauce.
  • Kirschwasser Torte at The Alps, made with fondant, cherry-brandy buttercream, sugared almonds and cherry compote.

Disney also noted that some Global Marketplaces will open in phases rather than all at once on opening day, and pointed to a Foodie Guide still to come with full menus and per-marketplace opening dates.

Emile's Fromage Montage returns, the cheese food stroll where you collect festival passport stamps for eligible dishes and earn a festival treat once you finish. The Eat to the Beat Concert Series returns to the America Gardens Theatre in the American Adventure Pavilion, included with EPCOT admission, with first come first served seating and dining packages sold separately for a guaranteed seat.

The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival runs August 27 through November 21. It has been an annual fixture at the park since 1996.
