Island Market and Export Candy Shoppe Erica Sinclair's Pie at Halloween Horror Nights 35 originally came with a fondant speech bubble reading "I told you to eat your damn pie!!!" A social media video shows the topper has been swapped for a censored version. The $9 mini vanilla cream pie is still sold with the new topper.
The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar Universal Orlando named five dishes and six cocktails for Hispanic & Latino Heritage Month across three parks and CityWalk, including a return for Voodoo Doughnut's Margarita Doughnut.
Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift New aerial photos of Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift at Universal Studios Florida show shipping container theming along the launch, where WDW News Today says cars will drive under the trailer of a jackknifed truck. Steel is also rising for a new facade beside the Ghostbusters firehouse, which Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit went through but the new coaster does not, and a new sidewalk under the track by the lagoon is getting supports likely meant for a net.
Universal Nights at Epic Universe Universal has published Epic Universe hours through the end of October, and one Saturday does not look like the others. October 10 opens early at 9 a.m. with Early Park Admission at 8, then shuts at 6 p.m. Every other October date at the park closes at 8. Islands of Adventure stays open until 9 that same night, and October 10 is not one of the announced Universal Nights dates.
Rock the Universe Universal announced the dates and the full lineup on the same day. Rock the Universe returns to Universal Studios Florida on Friday, January 22 and Saturday, January 23, 2027, with nine artists a night and eighteen across the weekend. Elevation Worship leads the Friday lineup, Josiah Queen leads Saturday, and tickets go on sale Tuesday, September 15.
Animal Actors on Location! Universal Orlando has confirmed that Animal Actors on Location!, an opening day attraction at Universal Studios Florida, closes permanently on Monday, November 2. The executive quoted in the announcement started his Universal career as an attendant at that very show.
