Went to Legoland Florida on Brick or Treat's Final Day, or the Rainy Monday After? Your Ticket Is Good for One More Visit

If you were at Legoland Florida for the last day of Brick or Treat on Sunday, November 1, or came on Monday, November 2, hang on to that ticket. It is now good for one more visit.

Legoland's Guest Experience Promise page now ends with three dates we had not seen before: Saturday, October 17; Sunday, November 1; and Monday, November 2. Peppa Pig Theme Park's version of the page lists the same three. When we last checked, in our October 14 story, the Legoland list stopped at October 11, and an October 16 Wayback Machine capture of the page still did.

What the promise is

Legoland says that "if a portion of our rides and attractions are closed for an extended period due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances," resort management will activate the Guest Experience Promise. On those days, guests "will be able to use their existing ticket for one (1) more visit within one (1) calendar year from that date."

Legoland does not say why any individual date is on the list. It only publishes the dates.

What we know about the three days

Sunday, November 1 was the final day of Brick or Treat, Legoland's Halloween event. The Winter Haven airport, a few miles from the park, recorded 0.88 inches of rain that day, according to Iowa Environmental Mesonet records of the airport weather station, with heavy rain reported in the late morning and early afternoon.

Monday, November 2 was wetter: the same station logged 3.19 inches, with heavy rain reported every hour from about 2am to 11am. It was also the day Legoland's November ride closures began (here is the current closure list). Both parks' promise pages were last updated that afternoon, according to their sitemaps.

Saturday, October 17 had only a trace of rain at the airport, so the reason for that one is less clear.

How to use your extra visit

  • Keep the ticket. Bring the ticket you scanned on your original visit, plus your ID, to the outside Guest Services window. Legoland will verify it and give you a pass for that day.
  • Who qualifies: the promise "does not apply to Annual Passholders or Summer Play Pass," the Legoland page says.
  • The 72-hour window: guests who return within 72 hours of a Guest Experience Promise day can visit "without any blockout restrictions." That window has already closed for October 17 and November 1, and runs out around tomorrow for November 2. After that, blockout dates apply, so check the calendar before you pick a day.
  • Parking is extra. It is not included, and you buy a parking pass on the day you return.
  • No refunds. The promise is a return visit, not money back.

Legoland also asks guests to "allow 48 hours for Guest Experience Promise dates to be added to the list," so a day can turn up after the fact.

The Legoland page now lists 69 Guest Experience Promise dates in 2026. Peppa Pig Theme Park's list has 65, and the two do not match exactly.

Were you there for the soggy Brick or Treat finale, and will you be using the return visit?
