The zombie is a bowl. That is the headline from the 2026 Brick or Treat food lineup Legoland Florida posted on Saturday: the Monster Loaded Fries arrive inside a souvenir LEGO Zombie Minifigure head, white with grey shading, red eyes and a wide grin of square white teeth, sitting on its own stud base and buried under twisted fries, pulled pork, charred corn, crispy onions, green onions, cheddar and a black garlic aioli.

It is one of eight limited-time items the park is running on select Brick or Treat dates, and it is the first time Legoland has detailed this year's Halloween food. When Legoland announced the expanded event and its new Brick or Treat Street back in July, the menu was still a blank.

Quick facts: The items run on select Brick or Treat dates starting September 5 and ending October 31, 2026. Brick or Treat is included with general Theme Park admission, but the specialty food and drinks are additional purchases. Legoland has not published a price for any of the eight items.

The two souvenir heads

Two items come in a keepable vessel, and both are the reason to care. The Monster Loaded Fries get the zombie head at Dragon's Den. The Pumpkin Pie Apple Fries get an orange jack-o'-lantern Minifigure head at Granny's Apple Fries, packed with the park's warm apple fries and oatmeal raisin cookie pieces, topped with a tall swirl of pumpkin pie soft serve, autumn sprinkles and an orange pumpkin cookie with a jack-o'-lantern face standing upright in the swirl.

The drinks are named after the monsters next door

All three drinks in the lineup are named for LEGO monsters whose homes are on Brick or Treat Street, the new walkthrough neighborhood Legoland revealed in July. Wacky Witch's Cottage, Spider Lady's Castle and Plant Monster's Greenhouse all have a beverage now.

The Plant Monster's Float at Firehouse Ice Cream is lemon lime soda and green apple syrup under a scoop of vanilla ice cream, showered in purple, black and silver sprinkles, with a green gummy eyeball staring up from the top of the scoop. Legoland's description also lists a glowing ice cube, which is not visible in the tightly cropped photo.

The Spider Lady's Soda at LEGOLAND Coffee Co is a blood orange frozen lemonade with raspberry syrup and a surface completely paved in dark blueberry boba pearls, with a large glossy black spider standing on top of them. Legoland describes it as "a friendly little spider," which is generous.

The Wacky Witch's Shake at Kingdom Cones rounds out the trio: a blueberry cheesecake milkshake finished with cheesecake pieces, Halloween sprinkles and a cap of whipped cream.

The rest of the lineup

  • Hex Wrap at Kick'n Chicken Co.: harissa aioli chicken tenders with a carrot, cabbage and poppy seed slaw plus romaine, all in a spinach tortilla.
  • Franken slice at Brickolini's Pizza and Pasta: garlic butter pizza under purple mozzarella and a creamy pesto Alfredo cavatappi piled on top. Despite the name, Legoland's photo shows a whole small round pizza rather than a wedge.
  • Sugar Cookie at Deli Takeover: a seasonal sugar cookie, and the only item Legoland lists without any ingredients.

One scheduling wrinkle worth knowing: Deli Takeover, the sugar cookie's home, is listed on Legoland's temporary closures page as closed from August 17 through September 4, which runs right up against Brick or Treat's September 5 opening date.

When you can get all this

Brick or Treat runs 18 dates: September 5, 6, 12, 19 and 26, then October 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31. It is included with general park admission, so there is no separate event ticket to buy, and the season closes out on Halloween itself, which lands on a Saturday this year.

The one thing missing is money. Legoland has not published a price for any of the eight items, including the two souvenir heads, which are usually the ones people want to budget for. Legoland has not said when prices will be posted.
