Fat One's Hot Dogs & Italian Ice is a counter service spot on the upper level of Universal CityWalk, across from Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food, from *NSYNC member Joey Fatone and his manager Joe Mulvihill. It opened on September 19, 2026 in the space Hot Dog Hall of Fame vacated in July 2026. The menu has nine gourmet hot dogs: The Fat One (a $15.99 footlong with roasted pork, pepperoni, chili beans, cheddar cheese sauce, red onion sauce, fries and chives), The Brazilian ($14.99), The Angelo, Dirty K-Pop Dog ($10.49), To-Ny, El Fonsi, The Cubano, Johnny's Pizza ($12.49) and The Vegan ($13.99). Six flavors of Italian ice, all vegan and gluten-sensitive, are $6.79 a scoop or $13.79 with a shot of vodka, bourbon or rum. Three Crooked Can beers (a lager, an IPA and an amber) are brewed for the restaurant. Premier and Preferred Passholder dining discounts apply.
