SeaWorld Orlando Fires Up Red, White & BBQ for America's 250th, Debuting July 4
SeaWorld Orlando is throwing a birthday party for the whole country, and the guest of honor is barbecue. Starting Saturday, July 4, the park debuts Red, White & BBQ, an all-new summer food festival built around America's 250th birthday, with a coast to coast lineup of regional smoke and comfort food served on weekends through August 23.

A coast to coast barbecue road trip
The festival spreads regional barbecue across roughly 18 marketplaces and bars, each leaning into a different corner of American cooking. A few highlights from the lineup:
- Kansas City: BBQ ribs with creamy potato salad, and burnt-end sliders on Hawaiian rolls.
- Texas: fire-roasted whole corn, sliced Andouille sausage, and dry-rubbed brisket with pit beans.
- Memphis: smoked turkey sandwiches with Alabama white BBQ sauce, smoked crispy wings, and fish & grits.
- Louisiana: gator bites, a loaded sidewinder, and a shrimp po' boy.
- North Carolina: roasted jalapeno white mac & cheese, and pulled pork or chicken sliders with coleslaw.

Save room for dessert and a drink
On the sweet side, you will find beignets, a Bananas Foster pudding cup, blueberry cobbler, key lime tart, and triple chocolate cheesecake. There is also a savory BBQ sundae cup that layers mashed potatoes, pit beans, and mac and cheese under your choice of pulled pork or crispy chicken. New this year, the Refresh Reef Cafe pours specialty mocktails and cocktails to wash it all down.
Good to know: Red, White & BBQ is complimentary with park admission, with food and drink sold a la carte. Pass Members can grab a sampling lanyard that gives 12 samples for the price of 10. SeaWorld is also running a Fourth of July sale on tickets and passes, plus its Waves of Honor military offers.A new spin on a SeaWorld tradition
Worth a little context: SeaWorld has hosted barbecue themed festivals before, most memorably the long running Bands, Brew & BBQ. What is new for 2026 is the Red, White & BBQ branding, the coast to coast regional menu format, and the tie in to America's 250th birthday. It all slots into the park's summer Electric Ocean season, so you can chase a plate of brisket with nighttime shows once the sun goes down.
