SeaWorld Is Selling a $25 Cup With Free Refills Through December 31, but Only During Sunday's Four Hour Pass Member Picnic

Just over three months of free refills for $25, sold in a four hour window, tomorrow afternoon only.

SeaWorld Orlando has added a block headed "Sip All Year Long for Just $25" to its Pass Member Picnic page. The offer, in the park's own words: "Keep the drinks flowing through the end of the year! During the Pass Member Picnic on September 20, you can purchase a Drink All Year Cup for just $25 and enjoy free refills through December 31, 2026. This special offer is available exclusively during the Picnic, so be sure to grab yours while you can!"

A shorter version of the offer sits directly beneath that paragraph on the same page, and it is the version SeaWorld also runs on its September Pass Member News page: "Plus, you can purchase a Drink All Year Cup for just $25 and enjoy free refills through December 31, 2026, exclusively during the Pass Member Picnic on September 20!"

What $25 is worth here

For comparison, SeaWorld's Coca-Cola offers page sells a Drink-All Day Cup with unlimited fountain beverages only as a bundle with a single-day ticket, starting at $59.99, down from $156.98, and that cup is good for the one day you redeem it. The picnic cup is $25 and runs through the end of December. The two are not like for like: the $59.99 price includes a park ticket, and SeaWorld has published no fine print for the $25 cup on either page, so what the free refills cover is unstated.

Reaching that price means buying into the picnic first.

You need a picnic ticket, and the $10 price expires today

The cup is sold only during the picnic, and the picnic is ticketed separately. SeaWorld's fine print: "$10 per ticket when purchased online through the Pass Member portal or ID.me until the day before the event, or $15 per ticket when purchased the day of the event (subject to capacity) at Ports of Call."

The event is Sunday, September 20, so on the plain reading of "until the day before the event" Saturday is the last day for the $10 online price. After that it is $15 at the door, and the door is capacity limited.

The rest of the terms, from the same page:

• Sunday, September 20, noon to 4pm, at Ports of Call
• Open to active SeaWorld Orlando Bronze, Silver, Gold and Florida Platinum Pass Members, plus active-duty service members and veterans, along with their guests
• Park admission and parking are required, and neither is included
• No re-entry
• The meal covers hamburgers, hot dogs, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, macaroni salad, house salad (the fine print on the same page still calls it chef salad), pit beans, assorted cupcakes and cookies, with water or lemonade to drink

One inconsistency worth knowing about: the body of the page says "Limit 6 guests per person" while the fine print says "Limit 7 tickets per member." That mismatch is not new, and it was already on the page in the archived copy from August 1.

How new is this?

Newer than August, and consistent with a September 18 edit, but we will not claim the hour. The Drink All Year Cup block does not appear anywhere in the Internet Archive's August 1 capture of the picnic page, though that capture still described the previous picnic, on July 19 at Sea Harbor Pavilions, so the September 20 version of the page did not exist yet. SeaWorld's sitemap timestamps the page's most recent change as September 18. There is no archived capture between those two dates, so the precise day it went live cannot be proven from public records.

A free Quick Queue was added to the Pass Member News page the same day

SeaWorld's September Pass Member News page also carries a section flagged "ADDED: Free Weekday One-Time Quick Queue After 3pm." The text: "Get to the fun faster with a FREE One-Time Quick Queue, valid for one weekday visit after 3 p.m. Redeem your reward at a self-service kiosk in-park or log in to the Pass Member portal from September 18 - 25."

That redemption window is already open and closes on September 25. SeaWorld's blog sitemap timestamps that page's most recent change as September 18 as well, the same day as the picnic page edit. For scale, SeaWorld's upgrades page lists Quick Queue Unlimited starting at $29.99, though SeaWorld describes this free version as one-time front-of-the-line access for participating attractions on a single weekday visit after 3pm. The park's own fine print is inconsistent about it, heading the item "Free Weekday Quick Queue Unlimited after 3pm" in the same sentence that limits it to one-time access.

If you are a Pass Member reading this today: The $10 online picnic ticket is the version that ends before Sunday, and you cannot buy the $25 cup without getting into the picnic. Budget for admission and parking separately, and remember there is no re-entry once you are in. If the picnic is not happening for you, the free Quick Queue is still redeemable through September 25 and costs nothing.
