Halloween Horror Nights 35 Multi-Night Passes Are Now on Sale, From $229.99 for Rush of Fear to $449.99 for Ultimate Frequent Fear
Universal Orlando put its four Halloween Horror Nights 35 multi-night passes on sale Tuesday, filling in the blank it left last week when it confirmed that none of them would come with Express Pass anymore.

The four passes and what they cost
WDW News Today lists the online prices, and adds an important asterisk: "The following prices are for online purchases. In-person purchase prices are higher." All figures below are before tax.
Rush of Fear Pass, $229.99. Admission for up to the first 18 nights, running August 28, 29 and 30, then September 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20.
Frequent Fear Pass, $274.99. Admission for up to 31 eligible nights, spread from August 28 through November 1.
Frequent Fear Plus Pass, $324.99. Admission for up to 41 eligible nights, also running August 28 through November 1.
Ultimate Frequent Fear Pass, $449.99. WDW News Today lists this as admission for all 49 nights of the event. The pass is not valid on the two Premium Scream Nights, August 27 and October 19. It is the only tier of the four that includes complimentary self-parking after 5 p.m., per WDW News Today, Blog Mickey and Inside Universal.
The start date catch
This is the detail worth reading twice before you check out. On Rush of Fear, Frequent Fear and Frequent Fear Plus, Universal requires you to pick a pass start date at the time of purchase, and the pass will not work before it. In Universal's wording, as listed by WDW News Today, the first visit using the pass "MUST be ON or AFTER the selected start date." Blog Mickey reports the requirement applies at every tier, so expect to choose a start date whichever pass you buy.
Practically, that means the night counts above are ceilings rather than fixed totals. Blog Mickey puts it plainly: the number of included visits depends on the start date you pick, subject to availability. The later the start date on a Frequent Fear Pass, the more of the earlier eligible nights come off your total.

No Express on any of them
Worth restating only because it changes how these passes work: Express Pass is no longer available as an add-on to any multi-night ticket. Express Pass now exists only as a nightly add-on for guests holding single-night tickets, so skipping the house queues means buying admission night by night. We covered that change when Universal announced it last week.
Premier Passholders can book their free night today
On the same day, Premier Passholders can claim their one complimentary Halloween Horror Nights admission. Bookings opened Tuesday, July 21 after 12 p.m.
One useful wrinkle: a Premier Passholder can book for themselves and up to eight other Premier Passholders in a single reservation. You need the valid Pass ID number of every passholder in the party to do it.
