SeaWorld's 2026 Christmas Celebration Menu Is Out, With Cognac Lobster Bisque, Biscoff Beignets and Ropa Vieja

A cognac lobster bisque, beignets made with Biscoff cookie butter, and a ropa vieja piled on tostones. SeaWorld Orlando has posted the food and drink menu for its 2026 Christmas Celebration, and there is a lot on it that was not there last year.

The Holiday Delights, Cocktails & More page was updated on Friday morning, October 23, according to SeaWorld's sitemap, and its food photos now sit in a folder marked 2026. The main event page says the Christmas Celebration runs on select dates starting November 6, 2026, through January 4, 2027.

What is tagged New

SeaWorld marks these items "New!" on the menu:

• Tis the Season Beignets (Hut #3): Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter Beignets, and S'mores Beignets with chocolate sauce, graham cracker crumble and marshmallows
• Baking Spirits High (Hut #2): Three Cheese Ravioli with ricotta, pecorino and mozzarella in a Chardonnay cream, topped with julienned prosciutto and red peppers
• Festin Feliz (Hut #6): Ropa Vieja Festiva, shredded beef with peppers, olives and tomato sauce over tostones
• Season's Eatings (#13): Holiday Wings in sweet Thai chili sauce, plus a Merry Mai Tai
• Waterway Bar (Hut #9): four new cocktails, the Apple Maple Mule (with Crown Royal Apple), Cranberry Cheer Paloma, Snow Globe Spritz and Fireside S'mores Punch
• Twinkle Tree Cafe (#15, listed as "Twinkle Treat Cafe" in the menu text): a Gilded Pear Punch with edible gold glitter, and The Cranberry Crisp

New to the menu, even without the tag

Plenty more dishes do not carry the "New!" label but were not on last year's version of the page, including Bananas Foster Beignets, a Churro Waffle Ice Cream and a Hummingbird Cupcake. The standouts:

• Claus Creamy Cognac Lobster Bisque with a sour cream drizzle and chives, at Waffle Wonderland (#8)
• Berries & Cream Pavlova, a crispy meringue shell with whipped cream and fresh berries, at Baking Spirits High
• Kris Kringle Pretzel Melt (turkey, Swiss and honey mustard) and Gingerbread Tiramisu, at Do Knot Open Till Christmas (#10)

The Bison Burger is back with a new build too: aged cheddar, bacon and onion jam. Last year it came with pimento cheese dip.

The returning favorites

SeaWorld flags six items as returning favorites: the Gingerbread Martini, Not Santa's Milk & Cookies, Arroz Con Lechon, Holiday Empanadas, the Mistle Toe Margarita and the Apple Ginger Mule.

The beer and cider list includes Intracoastal Brewing's Nogged Out Cream Ale and Apple Pie Cider, Central 28's Waff-Ale and Chocolate Pecan Brown, Ivanhoe Park Brewing's Hazel Nutty Cracker stout, and The Coastal Brewery Company's Surfing Santas IPA.

What we don't know yet

Prices. The 2026 page lists no prices, and it does not mention a sampler. Last year's version of the page sold a Festive Food and Sip Sampler as lanyards, at $45 for five samples and $75 for ten. SeaWorld has not posted a 2026 sampler yet, so we will update this when prices or lanyards appear.

The page also notes that the event's food and shopping locations open at 4pm on event dates, and that the event "is also one of the only places you'll find restaurants open on Christmas."
