Legoland Florida Quietly Pushed Its Annual Pass Deal to October 7 This Afternoon, and the Terms on the Same Page Still Say September 30

If you were counting on having until the end of September to buy a Legoland Florida annual pass at the launch price, you now have a week longer. Probably. It depends which part of the page you believe.

Legoland edited its annual pass page at about 4:50pm Eastern on Wednesday and its pass renewals page about twelve minutes later, per the timestamps in the resort's own sitemap. Both now carry the same line: "Pass valid for FUN now through December 31, 2027. Hurry, this offer ends on October 7th!"

When we covered the pass restructure on August 31, that promo ran through September 30.

The same page disagrees with itself

Top of the page: "Hurry, this offer ends on October 7th!"

Further down the same page, under New Pass Purchase Terms & Conditions: "This promotional offer is valid for purchases made August 31, 2026 - September 30, 2026 only."

That is not a difference in emphasis. The terms and conditions are the part that governs whether a purchase actually qualifies, and they currently exclude the entire extra week the banner is advertising. A guest who buys on October 5 is relying on a headline that the fine print directly below it contradicts.

The renewals page carries the October 7th line too, alongside "Renew Your Pass & Save up to $110."

Peppa Pig never got the memo

Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida sits next door and sells the same promotion. Its annual pass page still reads "This promotional offer is valid for purchases made August 31, 2026 - September 30, 2026 only," and the phrase October 7 does not appear on that page at all. Its own sitemap puts the last edit to that page on August 31, the day the promotion launched.

So across the resort there are now two different deadlines live at the same time, and one page carrying both.

A third set of terms, hiding in the code

There is one more version of this offer on the annual pass page, and it is written for search engines rather than guests. The page ships two separate blocks of structured data that both answer a question titled New Pass Purchase Terms & Conditions, and they do not agree. The first one still carries text from the 2025 relaunch: the offer is "valid for purchases made starting November 18 through end of the offer," and guests "will save up to $120 on Annual Passes compared to full pricing." The second one carries the current August 31 through September 30 wording.

That is a November 18 window against an October 7 deadline, and a $120 new-purchase saving that appears nowhere in the page's visible copy. The only savings figure the visible page still quotes is "Save up to $110 on Renewals," which measures a different thing: what a renewing passholder saves, not what a new buyer does. One URL, three sets of promotional terms.

Still embedded in the annual pass page's structured data as an image object, though it no longer renders on the page itself: a passholder module whose top card reads ELITE, one of the four tiers Legoland retired on August 31 when it moved to Standard, Preferred and Premium. What the passes cost

The prices themselves have not moved since the restructure. Pay in full, the three tiers run $179 Standard, $249 Preferred and $299 Premium. Existing passholders renew at $99, $139 and $189. Standard carries 83 blockout dates; the other two carry none.

Our read: the extension reads as deliberate rather than as a slip. Two commerce pages were edited twelve minutes apart and the marketing copy on both moved to the same new date, which is not how a stray keystroke behaves. We cannot rule out the opposite reading, that the banner is the error and September 30 still governs, and the terms are the document that would settle it. What did not move is everything downstream of the headline, which is a familiar pattern here: this is the same page whose visible copy still describes Bring a Friend as an Elite passholder benefit, naming a tier retired on August 31, and whose structured data still feeds search engines the terms of a promotion that launched back in November 2025.

If you are buying: our recommendation is to purchase by September 30 and not test whether the banner or the terms wins, because the terms are what any refund argument would turn on. If you do buy in that extra week, screenshot the October 7th line while it is up.
