EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival 2026 Opens with New Gardens

The EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival kicked off on March 4, running through June 1, with 20+ outdoor kitchens, 60+ character topiaries, and several new garden experiences. New additions include Pluto's Pet-Friendly Garden, the Wildlife Crossing Garden, and the Trendy Tropicals Garden.

New food items include a Tuna Poke Bowl and Coconut Panna Cotta with cherry gelee. A new booth called Nectar hosted by AdventHealth debuted, offering health-conscious options alongside the festival's signature indulgent treats.

The Flower & Garden Festival remains one of EPCOT's most popular seasonal events, transforming the park into a botanical showcase while providing guests with dozens of unique food and beverage options.

Test Track's Sliding Doors Are Working Again 13 Months After a Ride Vehicle Hit Them, but They Now Open Early and Most of the Near Miss Is Gone

A Test Track car struck the wall of breakaway foam doors during Cast Member previews on June 30, 2025, and the effect stayed switched off for 13 months. WDW News Today rode the EPCOT attraction on July 30 and found the doors operating again, opening much earlier in the acceleration sequence than they used to.

A New EPCOT Fireworks Dinner at Shiki-Sai Will Run $149.50 a Head, and Disney Took the Listing Back Down the Same Day

Disney added a Shiki-Sai Fireworks Dining Package at EPCOT's Japan Pavilion on Wednesday, with reservations listed as opening August 27. Ages 10 and up pay $120 before tax and gratuity, or $149.50 all in, and ages 3 to 9 pay $60, or $74.70. AllEars reported the details went up on the Disney World site that morning and were later taken down, and the package page now returns a 404.
