Disney's Turf Club Reopens September 30 as a Dinner-Only Restaurant Closed Every Monday and Tuesday

Disney Parks Blog put a date on it Wednesday: The Turf Club Bar and Grill, the only full-service dining room at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, reopens September 30 after its refurbishment. The post came with the entire new menu, every appetizer, entrée, dessert and cocktail, laid out in order.

What the post does not mention is how the restaurant will actually operate. Disney's own booking calendar does: dinner only, 4:30 to 9 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday, with every Monday and Tuesday closed.

Five nights a week, dinner only

The Turf Club is coming back as a dinner restaurant. Disney's restaurant page lists a single meal period, links a single menu (the dinner one) and files its dining plan entitlement as a dinner Table-Service Meal for both 2026 and 2027. There is no lunch service on the page at all.

The operating calendar is just as consistent. From the September 30 reopening through the end of November, every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday shows dinner from 4:30 to 9 p.m., and every Monday and Tuesday shows closed. There is exactly one exception in that stretch: Thanksgiving, Thursday November 26, when the restaurant opens half an hour early at 4 p.m.

That is worth planning around, because it is not a soft-launch gap that fills in later. The pattern runs unbroken for two months. The first Monday and Tuesday closures land October 5 and 6, right after the opening run of Wednesday September 30 through Sunday October 4.

The Monday and Tuesday fallback: the Turf Club Lounge, which shares the building, reopened August 31 and runs 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week with a shorter version of the same food. Disney Springs is also a short walk or boat ride from the resort.

A full menu, and what the room next door charges for it

Disney published the Turf Club's menu in full without per-item prices, which is standard for a Disney Parks Blog first look. Disney's restaurant page carries only a band, $15 to $34.99 per adult.

There is a usable proxy, though. The lounge reopened a month ago with a priced menu, we published those prices at the start of September, and the two lists overlap heavily. Seven items on the restaurant's new menu also appear on the lounge's:

• Vanilla Bean Cheesecake, $11
• Wedge Salad, $12
• Sweet-and-Spicy Brussels Sprouts, $13
• Crispy Chicken Wings, $16
• Lemon Butter Shrimp, $18
• Turf Club Burger, $25

Every one of the restaurant's nine specialty cocktails already appears on the lounge menu, priced from $17.50 to $25: The Saratoga Cocktail at $21, the Winner's Circle Margarita at $21, the New York Old Fashioned at $20, the Grandstand Martini at $19, the Pineapple Mule at $19, the Mint Julep at $19, the Blood Orange Margarita at $18, the Piña Colava at $17.50 and the New York Sour at $25, the priciest drink on the lounge list.

The restaurant's list adds two drinks the lounge does not have, a Chocolate Martini and a glass of Banfi Rosa Regale sparkling red, both filed under dessert alongside the lounge's $18 Espresso Martini.

Treat these as a guide rather than a quote. The two rooms share a building and their lists now line up almost item for item, but lounge and restaurant pricing is not always identical, and one lounge headliner, the $18 Pretzel Charcuterie, did not make the dining room's menu at all.

The entrées are the genuinely new part

Every appetizer on the restaurant's list except one carried straight over from the lounge. The exception is Golden-fried Calamari with Shishito Peppers, served with toasted sesame aïoli and sweet chili-lime sauce.

The entrées are where the new menu actually lives, and they lean steakhouse, with a prime rib, a butcher's steak and a house-made steak sauce:

• Slow-roasted Prime Rib with a baked potato, seasonal vegetables, au jus and horseradish sauce
• Char-grilled Butcher's Steak with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and a house-made steak sauce
• Braised Pork Shank with New York cheddar grits and a bacon-bourbon glaze
• Smoked Salmon-wrapped Halibut with seasonal risotto and citrus beurre blanc
• Corn Flake-breaded Fried Chicken and Waffle with roasted jalapeño maple syrup and candied bacon butter
• Pappardelle Shrimp Pasta with asparagus and truffle sauce
• Turf Club Burger with applewood-smoked bacon, New York white cheddar, onion straws and seasoned waffle fries
• Spinach and Mushroom Linguini with a mushroom "cream" sauce and basil-tofu "ricotta" (plant-based)

Eight entrées, one of them plant-based, and four desserts: a Chocolate-Hazelnut Cake, the Vanilla Bean Cheesecake, a Salted Caramel Pot de Crème and a plant-based Apple Tart.

Two dishes credit their garnish to The Land pavilion at EPCOT: nasturtium on the Smoked Salmon-wrapped Halibut, and marigold on the Wedge Salad. The Land grows produce in the greenhouses guests ride past on Living with the Land, and some of it reaches Walt Disney World kitchens. The marigold credit was already on the lounge's wedge salad when that menu surfaced at the end of August.

Disney's own page has not caught up

One oddity worth noting if you go looking for any of this yourself. As of Wednesday, hours after the Parks Blog announcement, the Turf Club's page on the Walt Disney World site still carries the refurbishment notice: "The Turf Club Bar and Grill will be closed for refurbishment from late August through late September 2026." Its schedule module still reads "No times available."

The page's description has not been refreshed either. It still recommends "our chopped salad" and steers diners toward "prime rib or pan seared salmon." The prime rib survived the refurbishment, but the chopped salad has been replaced by the Wedge Salad and the salmon now arrives wrapped around halibut. The same page still invites guests to "shoot some pool" at the lounge, where the billiards table no longer is: it moved across the building to the check-in side during the refurbishment.

None of that changes the reopening. It just means the booking calendar is currently more current than the page around it.

If you are planning around it

Reservations are open now through the Walt Disney World website, with September 30 the first bookable night. Build around a Wednesday through Sunday dinner, and note that the last seating is well before the lounge stops serving. If your Saratoga Springs stay lands on a Monday or Tuesday, the lounge next door is open until 11 p.m.
