Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway Has a Twister That Stopped Spinning, a Leaning Daisy, and Packing Tape on the Queue Walls
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway at Disney's Hollywood Studios has problems both on the ride and in the queue. WDW News Today reported Monday that the twister set piece is not spinning, Daisy is leaning significantly to one side, and Disney has put packing tape over the wallpaper seams in parts of the queue.

Two problems on the ride
WDW News Today noticed both on-ride issues this week:
- The twister: the twister set piece is not currently turning.
- Daisy: the animatronic is tilted significantly to one side.
The outlet says both show up in its ride video. Both are show problems rather than closures.
A queue wallpaper problem first reported in 2021
The wall trouble in the queue is not new. WDW News Today first wrote about it in 2021, when guests had been picking at the decals until they tore and peeled. Disney painted over the damage at first, then pulled the decals and put up new ones. The peeling kept happening anyway, mostly along the seams where the decals meet.
Now Disney is covering those seams with packing tape, which WDW News Today spotted in several places along the queue. The outlet says that is not enough to stop guests. Low on the wall, at child height, some of the tape has been removed, and the wallpaper is coming loose in places again.

If you are riding soon
We did not find any statement from Disney about the twister, Daisy, or the wallpaper, and no refurbishment has been announced. WDW News Today rode it this week, so the problems have not closed the ride. You may just see a still twister and a tilted Daisy until they are fixed.
