Oga's Cantina's To-Go Line Needs No Reservation, but Caps You at Two Drinks per ID and Pours Everything Into Plastic
You do not need a cantina reservation to walk around Batuu with an Oga's drink. Oga's Cantina in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios sells drinks to go through a dedicated line beside its hostess stand, and a November report lays out how that line works.
WDW News Today photographed the to-go line and its setup in a report published Saturday, November 7. The line itself is not new: Touring Plans reviewed it in June 2026, and Blog Mickey reported that same month that Disney had put up signage for an option it said had existed for years. The November report spells out the rules as they stand now, including a limit of two drinks per ID.

How the to-go line works
- Where: a roped-off area on the right-hand side of the hostess stand, with the ropes carrying brown "Oga's To-Go Queue" banners.
- How to order: in person only. According to Inside the Magic, there is no mobile ordering for to-go drinks; you get in line and place your order face to face with a cast member.
- What you can order: drinks only. Cast members hand you the full menu, but for now only drinks can be ordered to go, not food.
- Limit: "There is a limit of two drinks per ID," according to WDWNT.
- Cups: every to-go drink comes in a plastic cup, not the glassware or specialty vessels used inside the cantina.

The souvenir mug catch
Some Oga's drinks come with a collectible mug, and you can still order those to go. The drink itself goes into a plastic cup, and a fresh mug comes separately, boxed, for you to carry home.
That matters for the priciest drinks on the menu. The menu WDWNT photographed at the line lists the Kamino Cooler served in a souvenir DJ R-3X mug and the Yub Nub in a souvenir Endor mug, both at $48, plus, on the non-alcohol side of the menu, the Roaring Loth-Cat in a souvenir Grinning Loth-Cat mug at $37. The signature Fuzzy Tauntaun is $20.

Inside the cantina, the usual rules
The sit-down (mostly stand-up) experience still runs on Disney's usual rules, as Inside the Magic recaps them: Disney strongly recommends reservations, each party gets a maximum of 45 minutes inside, there is a two-drink maximum per guest, and you must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID to buy alcohol.
The to-go line does not need a reservation, according to Touring Plans, which reviewed it in June. Its reviewers were handed a menu in line, then escorted inside to pay at the register and walked back out, so expect a quick trip indoors rather than a counter window. The process may have changed since then, so check with the hostess stand if you are hoping to stroll Black Spire Outpost with a drink in hand.

So, is a Fuzzy Tauntaun in a plastic cup still a Fuzzy Tauntaun? Or is the glassware half the fun?
