Legoland Florida Put LEGO Festival Back on Its Calendar as a 2027 Event, and Two of the Three Entries in That Block Have No Dates

LEGO Festival is back on Legoland Florida's seasonal events calendar. It is listed under 2027, it has no dates, and where the event pitch used to be there is now a form asking for your email address, name and zip code.

The park rewrote the page on Tuesday. Legoland's own sitemap stamps the LEGO Festival page as last modified on September 8 at 13:50 UTC, and the LEGO NINJAGO Weekends page later the same day at 17:52 UTC.

What the page said in mid August. An August 13 capture in the Internet Archive shows the same page as a live event: the header strip read "Now - August 16," the body was headed "LEGO® Festival Returns!" and the copy pitched five play zones, including Music, Creativity, Chill Out, a LEGO Pokémon Play Zone and an F1 Thrill Zone. There was no wrap up and no signup form.

Today the header reads "Coming in 2027" and the body is written in the past tense: "We've just dropped the mic on LEGO® Festival ... Over six epic weekends and across six LEGOLAND® Parks worldwide, we rocked the Main Stage, built to the beat, and celebrated the power of play like never before." Underneath sits a form headed "Sign up to be the first to hear festival news!"

It went missing in between. An August 19 capture of the seasonal events index has no LEGO Festival tile at all. The 2026 block held three events and the 2027 block held two. So the Festival came off the calendar after its run ended, was still gone on August 19, and has since reappeared one section lower.

NINJAGO Weekends has been undated for months. This is not new this week, and it is worth being precise about that. A March 6, 2026 capture of the seasonal events index already shows a "2027 Events" heading with LEGO NINJAGO Weekends at "Early 2027." Captures from June, July, August 3 and August 19 all show the same. The event ran in January and February 2026, came off the current calendar shortly afterward, and has sat in next year's column without dates ever since.

Its page has been losing pieces. Set the live NINJAGO page against a January 31, 2026 capture and several things are gone. The date line, which read "Select Dates | Jan. 17 - Feb. 15," is now "Early 2027." The "View Event Guide" link is gone, which matters because the guide was where show times lived. An activity is gone: the 15th Celebration Mosaic, which asked guests to help "build a giant mosaic celebrating 15 years of LEGO® NINJAGO®." So are the page's Tasty Snacks listings and its Pop Badge section. Only January captures of that page exist in the archive, so these removals cannot be pinned to any single date.

Six activities remain, down from seven: Path of the Ninja, where guests collect a sticker at each completed activity; Lloyd's Elemental Challenge; the Ultimate Dragon Build; a Whip Around Dance Party hosted by Sora; a Name that Ninja Scavenger Hunt with, per the page, "all 8 hidden clues"; and the Ceremony of the Ninja. The line inviting guests to "Celebrate 15 years of LEGO® NINJAGO® with the ultimate fandom experience" survived too, carried forward from the January page onto an event now dated to next year. The event guide image itself is still sitting on Legoland's servers, even though no page in the seasonal events section links to it any more.

The pass promise narrowed, but not when you might guess. In January the NINJAGO page read "Included with Tickets, Passes, & Select Vacation Packages," and its body spelled that out as "included in general admission, Annual Passes, and select Vacation Packages." Every annual pass qualified. Today it reads "Included with Tickets & Select Passes."

The obvious explanation would be the three tier pass structure Legoland rolled out on August 31, which put Standard below Preferred and Premium and gave Standard blockout dates. That is not what happened. The "Select Passes" wording was already on the calendar tile in the March 6 capture, and in March the tiers were still Silver, Gold and Elite. A February 25, 2026 capture still carried the old wording, so the change landed in late February or early March. The narrowing predates the restructure by roughly six months, and the page still does not say which tiers count.

The fine print does not agree with itself. Across the six event tiles on that one calendar page, Legoland makes three different promises about who gets in. Brick or Treat, Red, White & BOOM, Kids' New Year's Eve and NINJAGO Weekends all say "Tickets & Select Passes," two of them with a lowercase "select." Holidays at LEGOLAND says "Tickets & Annual Passes," the only tile that names annual passes with no qualifier. LEGO Festival hedges differently again, saying simply "Tickets & Passes." Kids' New Year's Eve is the one whose body copy names a third bucket its header leaves out, listing general park admission, Vacation Packages and select Annual Passes.

What is actually on the 2026 calendar. Three events are left this year: Brick or Treat on select dates from September 5 to October 31, Holidays at LEGOLAND on select dates from November 21 to January 3, and Kids' New Year's Eve on December 31.

What to do with this. There is nothing to book for either 2027 event yet, and the email form on the Festival page is what Legoland is pointing people to for word of when there is. If you are a passholder, the thing to watch is the wording rather than the dates: four of the six tiles now promise only "Select Passes," and Legoland has not published which of Standard, Preferred and Premium that covers. Standard is the tier carrying blockout dates, so it is the one with the most reason to check before planning a trip around any of these.
