Legoland Florida Logged Brick or Treat's Opening Night as a Guest Experience Promise Day, and Labor Day Too, but Not Yet the Sunday in Between

Legoland Florida keeps a public list of every day it activated its Guest Experience Promise, and three September dates have now landed on it: Friday, September 4, Saturday, September 5 and Monday, September 7.

September 5 was opening night for Brick or Treat. September 7 was Labor Day.

What the promise does. In Legoland's own words: "If a portion of our rides and attractions are closed for an extended period due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Resort Management will activate our 'Guest Experience Promise.'" Once activated, guests "will be able to use their existing ticket for one (1) more visit within one (1) calendar year from that date."

The park does not publish a reason for any individual activation. Legoland's policy page names inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances as the general trigger, but it does not say that is what happened on any of these dates, and the list records only the dates themselves.

The gap. Sunday, September 6 sits between two listed dates and is not on the list, even though it was also a Brick or Treat night. Brick or Treat's September nights are the 5th, 6th, 12th, 19th and 26th, so the event's opening weekend covered both the 5th and the 6th, and only the first of them is on the list.

There is a caveat worth stating. The page asks guests to "allow 48 hours for Guest Experience Promise dates to be added to the list," and 48 hours from Sunday, September 6 only runs out today, so the 6th could still be added. September 7 is already posted even though it fell later, but nothing on the page says entries go up in date order. As of this writing the 6th is simply not listed yet.

The running count. The list now holds 67 dates going back to September 2025, which is as far back as the page goes. July accounts for 16 of them and August for 15, against three so far this September.

That August figure has also grown. When we last checked this list on August 25 it showed twelve August dates through the 23rd. The 27th, 29th and 31st have been added since, all three of them days that had not happened yet when we looked.

The terms, in short

• Your existing ticket covers one more visit, valid for a calendar year from the promise date
• Annual Passholders and Summer Play Pass holders are excluded
• Return within 72 hours of the promise date and no blockout restrictions apply; go back later than that and blockout dates can apply. Legoland issues no refunds either way
• Parking is not included, and a parking pass has to be bought on the day you return
• You cannot simply walk back through the turnstiles. Legoland asks you to keep the ticket you scanned on the original visit and take it, with your ID, to the outside Guest Services window, where staff verify it and issue a pass good for that day

Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida runs its own separate version of the list, and it carries the same three September dates.

If you were at Legoland Florida on the 4th, 5th or 7th and you were not on an annual or Summer Play Pass, the ticket you used that day is good for one more visit, redeemed at Guest Services, within a year of that date.
