Disney Gave Annual Passholders 11 Reservation Free Days in July and None at All in May, and Two More Landed for This Week
Walt Disney World added two more Good to Go Days for Annual Passholders on Monday morning: Tuesday, September 8 and Thursday, September 10. The first of those was the next day.
That brings September to four so far, joining September 2 and 3. WDWMagic published the full 2026 list of Good to Go Days alongside the news, and the totals in that list are uneven month to month.

July got the most, May got none
Good to Go Days are select dates when an Annual Passholder can walk into a Walt Disney World theme park without holding a park reservation. Disney has added them to the calendar in batches, a few at a time, and often with very little notice.
Counted off WDWMagic's list of every date released this year, the 2026 ledger runs like this:
January: 10 days. February: 7. March: 2. April: 10. May: none. June: 4. July: 11. August: 6. September: 4 so far.
That is 54 days across the first nine months of the year, and the biggest single month is July, the heart of peak summer. May has no Good to Go Days on the list at all. March has two.
Neither WDWMagic nor WDW News Today offers a reason for the distribution, and Disney has not published one. Neither outlet frames the dates in terms of crowd levels either. What the list itself shows is the spread: the single biggest month is July, and May has none at all.
One day of notice
The notice on the September 8 date was short. WDWMagic timestamped its story Monday, September 7 at 8:42 a.m. Eastern, and WDW News Today published at 9:35 a.m. the same morning. The date being added was the following day.
WDW News Today says the two dates apply to all four Passholder tiers, and that Passholders can use them at any of the four theme parks.
How the days actually work
WDWMagic lays out the mechanics. Blockout dates still apply, so a Good to Go Day does not override the restrictions on your particular pass, and capacity limits still apply on top of that.
If you were already holding a reservation for a date that later becomes a Good to Go Day, Disney removes it automatically. The removed reservation stays viewable under My Plans in My Disney Experience, and it does not count toward your reservation hold limit.
There is also a standing rule that has nothing to do with these dates: a Passholder can enter without a reservation after 2 p.m. on any day, with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom.

WDWMagic notes that more September dates may be added later. That is how July and August filled in: August started with three dates and finished with six, and July started with two and finished with 11.
So four is a floor for September, not a total. On the July and August pattern, the rest arrives a few dates at a time rather than in one block.
