The Last Two Very Merry Christmas Party Nights Are Both Sold Out, Each at the Season's Top $229 Price
Half of this season's top-priced nights are now gone. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party on Sunday, December 20 is now sold out, a day after word that the final party night, Tuesday, December 22, was gone too. Both were $229 tickets.
WDWMagic reported on Friday, October 2 that December 22, the party night closest to Christmas Day, "is now unavailable to purchase," adding that tickets had been priced at $229. Blog Mickey followed on Saturday, crediting the news to Walt Disney World. Then on Saturday, WDWMagic's site owner posted in the story's comments that December 20 was showing as sold out as well. We checked Disney's own ticket calendar at 7:22pm Eastern on Saturday, and it showed both December 20 and December 22 as "Sold Out."

Three sellouts so far, two at the top price
That makes three sold-out dates so far: Tuesday, November 24, which went first in late September, then December 22, then December 20. Opening night on Sunday, November 8 is still on sale.
December 22 carried the season's top price of $229 plus tax, with no Annual Passholder discount, and Blog Mickey called it "the first top-priced night to sell out." December 20 was one of the other $229 nights, so two of the four top-priced dates are now gone.
WDWMagic pointed to a similar pattern last year, when the 2025 night nearest Christmas went early too, "just one day after the season's first sellout." This year the second sellout took a few days longer to follow the first, and the third was reported a day after that.
What is still on sale

As of our Saturday evening check, 22 of the party's 25 nights still had tickets on Disney's calendar. Prices below are from Disney's calendar and Blog Mickey's date-by-date chart:
- The last $229 nights: Thursday, December 17 and Friday, December 18 were still on sale at $229, with no Passholder discount. December 18 is now the latest party night you can still buy.
- Opening night: November 8 is $199, or $189 for Annual Passholders.
- Passholder nights: all 11 discounted dates, which end December 3 and skip Thanksgiving week, were still open.
- Kids: tickets for children ages 3 to 9 are $10 less on every date.
Disney's party page cautions that ticket supply is limited, so a given night may already be gone by the day of the party, or well before it.

Will the rest follow?
Last season, according to Blog Mickey, the same $229 top price "did not stop all 25 dates from selling out." This year is following a different path: opening night, which WDWMagic says sold out first in both 2024 and 2025, is still on sale more than a month out, while the final two nights of the season have already sold out. If you want one of the last party nights before Christmas, December 17 and 18 are the ones to watch.
Both outlets say they will keep tracking sellouts through the season. Are you holding out for opening night, or locking in a December date before it goes?
