The 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is here, running from March 4 through June 1, 2026. This year's festival brings over 20 outdoor kitchens and more than 75 brand-new menu items to try. Whether you're a returning festival foodie or a first-timer, here's everything you need to know about what to eat and drink around the park.

Garden Graze Food Stroll

The popular Garden Graze passport program returns this year. Pick up a passport at any participating outdoor kitchen, collect five stamps by purchasing qualifying items (marked with a carrot icon below), and redeem your completed card at Pineapple Promenade for an exclusive treat. It's a great way to structure your tasting tour around the World Showcase.

Florida Fresh

CommuniCore Plaza • March 4 – May 25

This booth celebrates local Florida flavors. Don't miss the new Blackened Fish Slider with fried green tomato and Cajun rémoulade, alongside the always-popular Conch Fritters with Key Lime aïoli.

EPCOT Farmers Feast

CommuniCore Hall

This sit-down style booth rotates its menu seasonally. The Early Bloom Menu (March 4 – April 5) features Grilled Asparagus with truffle sherry vinaigrette and a Scallop with spring pea risotto. The Springtime Menu (April 6 – May 10) switches to Heirloom Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella and a Grilled Beef Strip Loin with tomato risotto.

Nectar (NEW!)

Land Kiosk • Hosted by AdventHealth

A brand-new booth this year featuring health-forward options. The Tuna Poke Bowl with edamame, avocado, and mango is a highlight, along with a plant-based version. The Coconut Panna Cotta with cherry gelée and matcha crumb is entirely plant-based and looks stunning.

Beach Grub & Yacht Grub

Walkway between World Showcase and Imagination! Pavilion

Beach Grub brings a showstopping Seafood Bake with shrimp, mussels, clams, and andouille sausage. The new Orange Cream Bar is a must-try dessert. Yacht Grub offers a more refined Captain's Board with cheeses and cured meats alongside the popular Trio of Dips and Chips.

Near Test Track

The breakfast-all-day booth returns with two fantastic new additions: Shrimp and Grits with blackened shrimp and tasso ham gravy, and French Toast with cinnamon cereal cream and caramel sauce. The Avocado Toast with Boursin Dairy-Free Cheese remains a plant-based favorite.

The Citrus Blossom

Odyssey

A festival fan-favorite, this booth offers citrus-inspired dishes. The returning Orange-Sesame Tempura Shrimp is a crowd-pleaser, while the new Cinnamon Beignets with lemon sugar and honey mead-blueberry compote are not to be missed. Garden Graze participants can grab the plant-based Lumpia or Lemon Tart for a stamp.

World Showcase Highlights

Fleur de Lys – France

France brings three new dishes this year. The Canard Confit (pulled duck confit with rosemary-mushroom sauce) and Tarte Aux Oignons Caramelises (caramelized onion tart with bacon) are standouts. Don't skip the new Caramelized Beignet filled with vanilla cream.

Primavera Kitchen – Italy

Italy's booth is entirely new this year. Try the Arancini (risotto balls with beef ragoût and tomato sauce), the chilled Insalata di Pasta, or the gorgeous Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake with ricotta.

Magnolia Terrace – The American Adventure

Southern comfort food at its finest. The new Blackened Shrimp Po' Boy joins returning favorites like Grilled Gulf Oysters and Bananas Foster Bread Pudding with rum-caramel sauce.

Jardin de Fiestas – Mexico

All three food items here are new. The Chilaquiles con Carne with rib-eye and queso fresco, the Taco de Calamar with crispy calamari, and the Flan de la Abuela (hazelnut-chocolate flan) all look incredible. Pair them with the new Flower Power Margarita.

Lan Yuan – China

New this year is the Sha Cha Beef Bao Bun and the eye-catching Tanghulu (strawberries and grapes coated in candied sugar syrup). The returning Cheesy Crab Wontons and Pan-fried Vegetable Dumplings round out a strong lineup.

  • Pick up a Garden Graze passport early – qualifying items are at booths all around the park, and the exclusive reward treat at Pineapple Promenade is worth it.
  • Go during weekday evenings for shorter booth lines.
  • Share plates – portions are designed for sampling, so split with friends and try more booths.
  • Check the rotating menus at EPCOT Farmers Feast – the menu changes in early April, so visit twice for the full experience.
  • Don't forget drinks – some of the best festival items are the specialty cocktails and slushies.
