Cole Haan opened on Tuesday, September 29, in Disney Springs Town Center, and Walt Disney World calls the store "the global debut of Cole Haan's newest lifestyle store concept." One corner of the shop holds a 3D foot scanner meant to make shoe shopping more personal.

The store takes over the former Johnston & Murphy space between Fit2Run and Tommy Bahama, according to WDW News Today, which posted photos of the new store on September 30. Disney's listing also calls it Cole Haan's only Central Florida flagship store.

Same bricks outside, new look inside

From the walkway, not much changed. WDW News Today says the storefront got new signage and lighting but otherwise looks largely the same.

Inside is a different story. WDW News Today says the old space had concrete floors and brick walls. The 1,965-square-foot store now has custom fixtures plus audio and visual elements, and shoes sit on everything from wall shelves to blue benches, white tables and wooden podiums.

What you can buy

Disney's listing describes the shop as a place for "footwear, handbags and accessories that balance performance and style." WDW News Today says the opening lineup of shoes and accessories comes from Cole Haan's Fall 2026 collection, and that the product mix will rotate each season as new styles launch.

The opening gifts have ended

The two opening gifts were tied to the first two days. According to WDW News Today, anyone who bought shoes on September 29 or 30 got a free Cole Haan tote while supplies lasted, and the first 100 shoppers on opening day also got a shoe care kit with their purchase.

Hours

Walt Disney World's listing shows Cole Haan opening at 10 a.m. and closing at 11 p.m. every day through October 7, Friday and Saturday included. WDW News Today reports a later 11:30 p.m. close on Fridays and Saturdays, so check the My Disney Experience app before planning a late weekend stop.
